I'm Maia and I'm looking for a responsible nanny to support our busy whanau.
The role is based from our whanau home in Lyttelton. It involves looking after a 8.5-month old five days a week from 9am - 5pm, and collecting and also caring for our 2.5-year old after kohanga (for 2 hours) on Mondays and Tuesdays. It would also include light household duties associated with the care of the tamariki (children).
We are looking for someone reliable with 2 - 3yrs experience caring for tamariki; a full license; a fun, bubbly personality; and a first aid certificate or willingness to get one (we will meet the cost).
We are a reo Maori speaking whanau so welcome applications from speakers of Te Reo Maori or people with an interest in Te Reo Maori and willingness to learn.
We are open to a job-share arrangement if two nannies think that they can jointly do the job while managing other time commitments.
