Special Needs Care in An Cóbh

| During my studies in Psychology, I had many subjects on child development and educational psychology. I have volunteered in association for children with special needs and gained experience working with children with different psychical and mental capabilities. In addition to the theoretical knowledge about teaching and child development that I gained at University, I developed my skills working as a teacher in a preschool for children with Autism for 1 year. Currently I am working as a Home tutor for children with ASD. I am a member of the Teaching Council and have been Garda Vetted.

| I work with children with disabilities for 10 years now and next to my studies I work back home in Germany in a school with Children with disabilities, where I did multiple trainings. I am an open and creative person who enjoys working with people.

| I have worked in the area of special needs for several years now. I currently work as an SNA and home tutor. I hold a level 8 Montessori with special needs degree and have trained in different areas. It is my passion and I have loved working with different families over the years and seeing the progress in children. I have set a rate for hourly pay but this is all negotiable depending on circumstances. I am an outdoorsy and creative person. I believe every child is different and has different learning styles.

| I have a lot of experience in special needs I have done my level 5 childcare with special needs and level 6 in advanced childcare.. I also have a lot of other special needs courses done and a the starter of lamh done.
