I think it's a very rewarding job being able to help your elders and put a smile on their faces.

I am a caring hardworking individual, I am very empathetic and patient, I'm not just a carer I'm also a friend someone who not only wants to help but wants to help. I worked in home help services for one year and a half every day was different in home help, I provided personal care oral hygiene care, companionship I ran errands and also took care of the house work I always promoted my clients to take there medication at the right times and also prepared meals. I then moved into residential care and worked in a nursing home for 1 year and a half providing personal care oral hygiene care and companionship l, serving meals and also ensuring safety of my residents at all times. I feel a strong relationship and trust is very important. I look at what I do as helping out rather than working. I have quiet a few fetac level five care modules completed while also jow I'm studying a level 6 social care course
