Hi, my name is Caitlin. I am an experienced Social Care Worker, previously I have worked in a residential care setting with Children with ASD, ADHD, and/or Challenging Behaviour and in an adult mental health residential care home. I currently work as a Family Support Worker, supporting families with a range of various issues, such as assisting to determine diagnosis, behavioural support plans, 1:1 support work for young people. I am trained in Lamh. I have personal experience of supporting people with Downs Syndrome and dementia.
