About Ciara
33 years old
I started dog walking when I was 14, with my brothers German Shepard and Rottweiler - walking them everyday after school and on weekends. Since then, I have been the primary caregiver to several dogs, mainly large dogs, such as pitbulls, labradors, rottweilers etc.
I have fostered dogs with Dogs Trust and the DSPCA (a pitbull named Vito and German Shepard named Petunia). I adore animals, but because I live in an apartment, it is not possible for me to have my own. I am doing this because my week truly feels empty without a canine companion of some sort.
Safety is always first with me, and I am strictly pro-lead/harness. I will only let dogs off that have proven their recall and in enclosed, safe spaces. If you're dog is a restricted breed, I am more than happy to take them, provided they have muzzles.
I have cared extensively for elderly dogs, and am happy to look after any animal that may require special care such as medication.
