Hello, my name is Aliyah and I am 18 years old and just finished secondary. I am looking to do dog walking & feeding part-time for the summer, and perhaps on the weekends once I am in college. I have my own 7 year old dog (a bichone frisé) and have been in charge of taking care of him physically and mentally for all his life. I have been around dogs for a long time so I am accustomed to their behaviours. I am eager to learn about other dog breeds and about all the different personalities! Long walks are no problem with me as I am an avid hiker, and I love nothing more than being in parks and nature. Unfortunately, I am not well equipped to deal with strong dogs that have a tendency to pull on their leads as I lack upper body strength. I get along with dogs that need brief walks or hour to two hour long walks. I pride myself on my honesty, so if you are concerned about if anything had occurred during the walk, I would make sure to let you know in detail. The well-being of your dog will always be top priority. I will soon be taking classes on Dog First Aid in October.
