I come with Operational management experience of a restaurant/catering facility. This included all kitchen and front of house staff on a daily basis to ensure smooth operation of the facility. This I gained from owning and managing my own Cafe/Restaurant for 28 years. I take great enjoyment in cooking and cleaning. I am a hardworking and passionate individual. I have good knowledge of housekeeping processes & procedures. Am flexible with regards to duties and hours of work and great at timekeeping. I am friendly and courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service. I maintain a professional image at all times through appearance. I have experience of ensuring compliance with regulations regarding H&S and HACCP.
