During covid myself and some other family members look after my nana when she had gotten dementia, I would help look after her house cleaning doing jobs she needed doing, while she would chat to me about things in the past, I realised how much I enjoyed spending that time with her whole doing the jobs around the house for her, and I could see how happy she was having her home looking nice and finding things she'd forgotten about.
