I've been working as carer for a bit over a year. I'm hoping to find and support companionship and basic care to be like a live-in carer and to able to keep my daily work still. My work schedule is 4 days of work 12 shifts on the 1st week and on the 2nd week 3 days of 12 hour shifts and it's always the same.
