My name is Joanna; Caring has always been my passion I was always interested in interpersonal relationships and helping others. I enjoyed working in Health Care field and learned a lot about illnesses. Now I finally have the possibility to change my professional path in this direction and finished the QQI level 5 Major award in Healthcare support. I am highly organized, patient, I am a good listener, and remain calm even in stressful situations. I completed my work experience at TLC nursing home, City West, Dublin. During my time there, I learned a great deal about bathing, grooming, feeding, providing toilet assistance and dressing the residents, as well as communicating and just listening to them.
