I major in Medical social work during college, I was trained to communicate with people and discovered their needs by my observation. I had the internship experience in hospital, In addition, I used to be a volunteer to care elder and do exercise with them. There are very wonderful experiences of together with elder. When I graduated, I work as a social worker in a social organization dedicated in helping financially challenged families. My ,main service object are evaluation the family needs and connect the resource . This job gives me a lot of learning, including how to communicate, and coopering with colleagues.
