I am Yara, 27 years old and I love kids because they are incredible! Discovering a whole new world, they're not afraid to say what is in their minds, are always asking questions (usually the most unpredictable and funny ones) and show us a very genuine love! My mother and I used to work with kids for 6 years. The parents used to let them at our house while they were working. While the kids were with us, we used to play a lot, listen to some music (and mainly classical music for babies, since it stimulates their brain), feed them, bathe the little ones and, since I am a musician, when their parents asked me to teach them piano, I used to do it, and parents would pay me for it. I have already worked with kids as a volunteer at a church, at a program which name is OANSE (Awana, in english). Some of our duties included helping kids to learn what teamwork is, telling them stories and helping them with some reading and writing activities. I participated in this program for 4 years. That is my experience with children, and I am sure I can help you. I also love pets, so it's not a problem for me. I have one in Brazil, and I walk with him and also teach him some tricks, so, if you want to, I can teach yours.
