My name is Michelle, I am 22 years old, I was born and raised in the Netherlands. I am a specialist babysitter & childcare practitioner, and I am available at the moment. I studied Early childhood care and education with special needs QQI level 5 last year, and I graduated. Currently, I am studying Advanced early childhood education with special needs QQI level 6. My greatest strengths are instructional skills, I can explain things in terms to young children so that they can understand and I have the patience to work with children. I am interested in this job because I want to provide safety for the children and I would like to engage new skills such as planning simple lessons, organize outings, and teaching children to encourage their skills. I am a calm person in general, I like to laugh a lot and I'm caring, and I can be humoristic. I like to work with people around me and I'm able to deal with people of all ages and from a variety of different backgrounds.
