my names leanne I have recently completed a course studying early childhood care and education with both special needs and those with no special needs I have many years of babysitting experience based upon being the oldest girl out of all my cousins. I also assisted my mum when I was younger as she was a carer for young children with special needs so I was brought up around minding children of all ages and abilities, I have studied home economics for 5 years and I have worked in a Montessori setting so I am used to nap time, minding children, helping with homework, preparing food, cleaning up and various other duties I will listen to them so I can learn their favourite hobbies,movies,I will incorporate that into activities,I like to interact with the children so they trust me will feel comfortable as they will feel safe and reassured as some children become distressed when the parents leave but if I know more about them then I can find ways to take their mind off it be able to talk and make them laugh
