For 4 years I was a minder at my mom's school. Also, coming from a family of 12 uncles and unties, I grew up helping my family minding my younger cousins. I'm a believer of nonviolent communication (NVC) as the best way to get a better understanding of the kids' inner world, helping them find their way in life, so that's key on my studies and day-to-day. Also love - weather permitting - being outdoors and exploring parks and beaches.
