My name is Katie and I am 23 years old. I am currently in first year in UCD studying Children’s and General Nursing. I have a QQI level 5 healthcare assistant qualification, in which I received all distinctions. I have 1 years experience as a healthcare assistant in the Coombe Hospital. My duties there included baby baths, assisting the midwives in the Delivery Suite, cleaning and making beds and answering call bells. I have experience with children of all ages, ranging from newborns to 18 years. I am currently on placement in CHI at Crumlin. I am Garda Vetted. I am a fun, bubbly, energetic person that absolutely adores kids. I love creating a safe, fun environment for children and allowing them to use their creativity. I am very patient and communicate well with kids of all ages.
