Hi there! I’m Ipek, & I moved from the states to Dublin 1 year ago to pursue my masters degree! I have been working with children since 2012, where I first started as a Sunday School teacher at a local church in my hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma. From 2014-2016, I worked as a teachers assistant at an engineering elementary school for children ages 9-11, as well as in a high school for students ages 15-17. In 2018, I began working as an advanced tutor for children ages 4-11 for an after school care program, where I not only assisted with homework help, but I frequently planned and executed activities for children that included arts & crafts, sports, and reading. I worked in that position until 2020. After that I mainly did 1:1 child minding during the pandemic & beyond. I am enthusiastic, positive, and very creative. I will help keep your child curious & nurture their minds! Bonus: I’m a decent cook and have creative ways of introducing children to different vegetables!
