I enjoy interacting with people,especially with children.I majored in medical social work during university,I was trained to communicate with people and discovered their needs by my observation . I had the internship experience for accompanying children in poor communities. In addition, I used to be a volunteer to teach children do their homework and play games with them. I would like to see their needs from the child's point of view . There are very wonderful experiences of growing up together with children. When I graduated , I work as a social worker in a social organization dedicated in helping financially challenged families and children. This job gives me a lot of learning,including how to communicate with parents , and coopering with colleagues.
