Hi, my name is Amy, and I am available for occasional childminding / babysitting in the Nenagh area. I have completed Special Needs Assistant (SNA), Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), Lámh Module One and Teaching Assistant (TA) courses, and my Junior and Leaving Certificate My experience of working with young people includes; Worked as a full-time childcare assistant with 0-13 year olds in a crèche for over a year and worked as an after-school childcare assistant with kids aged 2-10 in a different crèche (in both crèches I supervised the children whilst they played and ate, and helped them with homework and meals) Did July Provision for two years as an SNA / tutor with two autistic children, one of who had very little English Have done lots of babysitting in the past, with the ages of these kids ranging from babies up to older primary school Help my mum with the two toddlers she childminds, and have helped her with the other children she has minded before Did TY work experience in both a preschool and a primary school Helped to teach some French to older primary school pupils I also enjoy playing the piano, singing, reading, driving, travelling, cooking and sewing.
