I come from a large family and am used to having a busy house at all times. I am from the countryside in Ireland right by the sea and the mountains. I enjoy taking the dogs for walks there and I am also very passionate about hockey and running. I have a childcare qualification and spent a year working in a creche (ages 6mts-12yrs. I also did work experience in an Early Intervention Centre (for children with special needs) aged 2yrs onward. This was so rewarding and I gained great insight into the important of intervening at a young age. It has such a huge impact on children's lives. I have been an Activity worker at a multi activity summer camp for five summers where I was the sole carer of up to 30 children aged 6-12 and organised and implemented fun and enjoyable activities for the children. I spent two years working in Belgium as a nanny. I was the sole carer of three children aged 3-8. I would be happy to speak in further detail about my duties. I am currently a nursing student at the University of Manchester. My long term goal is to specialise un paediatric nursing. I am looking for some work as a childminder in the Manchester.
