I grew up in a big family, I am the eldest of 8 children and from a young age I have had to step up and help to care for them. I also babysat for neighbours, friends and family etc. I also work with a group of children who are now aged 7-8, in the church that I attend, pre Covid, we would hold Sunday school and I would often care for 30 children along some other wonderful women. We have taught these children since they were aged 4-5. We would have to take request from parents as some children are I tolerant or allergic to certain foods, some children were really shy and wouldn’t say when they needed to go bathroom and we would have to keep that in mind and ask every so often. We also went out on trips and had to care for them and once again make sure there were safety measures put in place at all times for all imaginable incidents.
