I have worked in childcare for the last 13yrs and I still love my job every bit as much today as I did when I started. During my time in the crèche I have build so many social and emotional bonds with the children and their parents. No two children are the same so they should not be treated the same, each individual child has their own individual needs and these needs should be met on a daily basis to allow the child to have the opportunity to grow into a unique little person.
