We are looking for an experienced, friendly and responsible elderly care provider near Douglas T12. Personal care (10%) (e.g washing, trips to the loo) and Companionship (chats, tv, cup of tea) (90%) will be most of this job.

My mum was recently diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. Her mobility is quite reduced from her diagnosis so the main help that is needed is personal care such as washing and help with using the commode/toilet. Myself, my aunt, and my sister are currently caring for her and need some help for the moment while waiting for the HSE home care plan to kick in. When it does start, we will still need help on some days but less regularly. We have been very involved in her care for the past 9 weeks so can answer any questions you may have!
