Family looking for a nanny for our 2 5 year old twin girls to join us 5 days per week starting from March. The ideal candidate will have experience with young children and ideally can cook various nutritious meals and engage the girls in a lot of creative and educational play. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and friendly. You should be kind and patient but also interested in keeping the girls active and engaged. The girls attend a number of classes throughout the week and the nanny is expected to drop/collect from activities and collect from school (car provided), helping with homework on a daily basis. General duties would be: preparing the meals for the child, cooking nutritious meals, engaging in a lot of creative play, helping with homework, collecting from school, attending and hosting playdates, ensuring that the play areas are tidy, going to local classes and parks. We are looking for a warm, kind, experienced and enthusiastic nanny to look after my two children 4 days a week (Mon to Thurs) for a total of 37-40hrs per week. My daughter is 4 years old and attends preschool in the morning from 8.45am to 12.45pm during school term. She LOVES arts and crafts, playing/helping around the house and being outdoors. My son is 2 years old. He is a really happy, affectionate, engaging little boy, loves to play with his toy diggers, exploring in the garden, helping cook/with jobs. Both also LOVE trips on the bus to playground :) During school term, the day will be split into minding my son on his own from 8.45am until my daughter returns from school at 1pm and then minding both together until 6pm. My son naps for 1 hour a day. We really want to find someone who loves children and is enthusiastic to support them both learn, develop and have fun! Responsibilities will also include food preparation and some light cleaning. We live in Sutton on the Number 6 bus route / a 20 min walk from the DART. We look forward to hearing from you!!
