We are both working parents and grandma had to leave urgently so we are in need of a person to take care for our 1 year old kid during working days (8am-6pm or so) starting early September. This would be in our own apartment, and the needs would include all the basic childcare stuff - entertaining/playing with the baby, going for walks around the estate/park, putting for daily sleep and minor child food cooking and basic needs like changing nappies or ironing baby clothes. One of the parents is always at home (working from home) so you will have onsite support for any needs and of course we would like to arrange a smooth transition for both the baby and yourself to help build trust and connection on a personal level with the kid for a hopefully long lasting partnership.
