Hello mums and dads, my name is Jean and I moved to Australia from Ireland last year. I had been living in Melbourne and recently moved to Sydney. I am hoping to work as a nanny and “occasional sitter” during my time in Australia. I come from a big family back home in Ireland with many siblings and little cousins and have a strong passion for working with children. I am a dietitian and particularly loved my paediatric placement working with children and families. I often worked with families in Melbourne babysitting in the evenings and weekends after work. During my studies I worked part time with toddlers in a crèche and gained valuable skills required to work with children. I also minded children on a casual basis for neighbours, family friends as well as new families in the area. I was always a very reliable babysitter and really enjoyed my time minding children of all ages for different families.
