| Hi, I'm Charlie, a Chemistry student at Durham University. I have experience in both online and in person tutoring. I am happy to help with any exam board at GCSE level for both Maths and Chemistry. For A-Level, I would prefer to tutor OCR Chemistry and Edexcel Maths, as these are the exam boards I sat and am therefore most familiar with. I have previously received great feedback, particularly regarding pupils' confidence levels. I also have good organisational skills and have aided pupils in revision planning and techniques. I am friendly and enjoy working with young people, so much so I have trained as a Section Assistant with the Scout Association for whom I volunteer. I like to adapt my teaching style to best suit the pupil but always ensure lessons are interactive and put problems into interesting and relevant contexts. I am also understanding of pupils with special educational needs having worked for a charity that provides playschemes for children and young people with severe and profound learning disabilities and complex medical needs.
