| I have been self employed for over 20 years, I started out on event production which took me all Over the Uk working at some of the UKs biggest festivals. I would alter set up a contract catering firm which grew into the same market which I later sold and designed built a restaurant this grew and before long I was building bars for other people ! Somewhere along the line I began teaching, first as young entrepreneur ambassador for Wales and then as a lecturer and as a manager of the entrepreneurship centre at Cardiff metropolitan University. Over the last 10 years I have taught business to thousands of students, supported hundreds of start-ups and individuals succeed in their business ventures and academic persuits. I am an offices Welsh government entrepreneurship ambassador, EEUK educator and board member to a number of social enterprise groups. I have designed and delivered business programs to almost every industry in the university roster as well as to colleges and UK secondary schools. I believe that business is an individual subject and different for each person, while the fundamentals are the same it is their interpretation and execution that make for greater understanding and success.
