With a passion for empowering students, I am a teacher and experienced tutor with a strong background in education and extensive experience in higher education. I hold an MA in Education Studies specialising in Lifelong Learning, a PGCE in Post-14 Education and Training, and a BA (Hons) in Education Studies. My work in university admissions and student wellbeing has enabled me to support students in overcoming both academic and personal challenges. I provide tailored guidance to help students manage exam anxiety, stress, and sleep, all within the context of their subject areas.
My approach is student-centred, fostering a supportive and engaging environment where learners feel confident to explore new ideas. I blend clear explanations, real-world examples, and active learning strategies to help students not only grasp their subject but also develop critical thinking skills and a positive attitude towards learning.
As both a teacher and tutor, I focus on equipping students with the tools they need to succeed, empowering them to unlock their full potential, both academically and personally.
