| Hi I’m Abi and I’ve worked with children for over 5 years including work experience in primary schools, volunteering at local youth groups such as Brownies for girls ages 7-10 and babysitting both boys and girls aged 0-12. I’ve gained Grade As in GCSE English Language, English Literature and triple science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) as well as A Level Maths. Happy to help with core subject tutoring from ages 5-16; whether this is specific exam aims or simply homework or extra help to boost confidence. I’m also first aid trained by both Scout and School qualifications & have my own transport so am happy to drive to you.

| I am a recent graduate from the University of Oxford, where I achieved a first class degree in the Human Sciences BA and two prizes for my academic achievement. I have experience tutoring ages 15-17 in preparation for sixth form entrance, A levels and university applications. I have tutored in English, Maths and Critical Thinking but I am very flexible as to the help I can provide. I studied Maths, Biology, and Chemistry at HL, and English, Economics and Latin at SL, in the IB diploma. I achieved a grade of 44 points out of a maximum 45 in the IB diploma. I also have experience teaching children aged 9 in English speaking and am currently studying for completion of my TESOL (teaching English as a second language) qualification. I am very enthusiastic and I love learning: something I aim to inspire in all my students.
