| I study psychology at university, I have got pass grades in all of my A-levels and achieved an A* in English at GCSE level and an A in Spanish. I also studied French, Sociology, and Business for A-levels. I have younger siblings that I regularly help with homework. I am a good tutor for Maths, English, Religious studies, and Languages.

| Hi, I'm Amy, I'm 20 and in my final year of studying English at University. I have worked in both primary and secondary schools running interventions in English and Maths. I also have experience tutoring for English and Maths (inc. Further Maths and STEP) at A Level, as well as supporting UCAS application preparation. My hours are rather flexible. | I am a postgraduate student at the University of Cambridge and former primary school teacher of 3 years. I tutor all primary subjects, from early phonics and arithmetic all the way up to SATs. With a few years' experience as a Year 6 teacher, I am particularly experienced in preparing children for KS2 SATs. Regardless of your child's age, attainment level at school, or interests, my main goal is to help them feel empowered and supported-- every child is uniquely intelligent and, with the right support, can thrive in academic settings! For KS1 and lower KS2 pupils, I make a point to incorporate as many learning strategies as possible, often including games to keep things interesting. I use many techniques to assess children's learning: from formal assessment methods, to asking questions and using tiered worksheets to determine the challenge level they are best able to work at. For upper KS2 pupils, I take a more structured approach to learning, and will recommend lots of flashcards, practice papers, and lessons on particular grammatical and language concepts. I have a First Class MA (Hons) from the University of St Andrews a PGCE with QTS from the UCL Institute of Education. I am now pursuing a further degree at Cambridge!

| I am a PhD holder with over 30 years' experience in language and localisation. I have had a long career as a freelance translator and interpreter and I tutored in Further Education and privately. I have a preference for online tutoring.
