| Having completed my own GCSE’s, A-Levels, and now proceeding to my BA English Literature course at the University of Birmingham, I love gaining vital experience towards becoming a teacher myself one day, as well as working with young and helping them gain confidence in their own sound abilities. I adore reading and writing in any style and genre, but more so, I love working with others on a project that, at first is riddled with hurdles, but when overcome, allows the student to truly shine. My proficiency is in literature, however this comes closely hand-in-hand with history, given my study areas at university and for personal research. At A-Level, I achieved A*A*A in my chosen subjects of English Literature, Philosophy and Religious Education, and History; I have these results available for verification.

| Hi, my name is Ruth. I am originally from Rome, but in the past few years I have lived here in the UK. Throughout my time here, I have had the opportunity to grow, and I have developed various interests and pursuits. I am currently studying Further Math's, Biology and Chemistry at A Level, and I am really proud of my journey. I have achieved 11 GCSEs at grade 9, and I am now working towards achieving my target grades in this summer’s exams. I have some experience with tutoring. I have mentored two students in English Literature, but I’ve found that it would be more fitting to mentor a stem subject, since that is the field I am embarking on. I am however very open to offering help in other subjects. As a student myself, I understand the struggles one may find while preparing themselves for their exams. It can be difficult to deal with the time pressure and with the stress of learning every bit of content, however there are ways around this issue, and I want to share what I have learnt from my accomplishments and my mistakes.
