Special Needs Care in Swanscombe

| I am a registered learning disability nurse with 7+ years experience caring for acutely unwell patients as well as clients with enduring disabilities. I have experience with children and adults with learning disabilities and communication impairments. I also have elderly care experience and can support with all ADL. I am competent in providing care that is holistic and person centred always putting the clients needs first. I practice in a way that is ‘family inclusive’ so where possible I do encourage open communication with families about their expectations and any concerns. I have practiced as a qualified nurse to management level within the NHS but since having children of my own I am now looking for more flexible opportunities doing what I love most which is looking after our most vulnerable. I am still up to date with my training and do regular work with the NHS on mental health and learning disability units I do not drink alcohol I do not smoke I have a full clean driving license I have a British passport I will not be able to attend homes with any pets, animals or any pest problems I am flexible in my approach and will always go above and beyond for my client
