During my time at the previous working places as a bar/restaurant team member, bar manager, carer for adult with complex social needs, elderly or children or even a factory worker I have successfully proven myself to be capable of working as a team member and team leader and a responsible person that can look after others, handling different work situation and working well under pressure. I believe that working in customer service for so long taught me how to face people and problems at hand, how to handle it and provide a good result no matter what the task was just as working in the care sector taught me one on one responsibility and how to make decisions on my own that would be the best for the person I am caring for. I am driven by the opportunity to learn new things and meet new people, expand my circle with new sights and challenges. I have great counting, writing and computer skills and am a very quick learner.

I have volunteered within a primary school for 2 years then worked within the same primary school for a further 2 years. During that time I was volunteering with the local beavers group. Since 2018 I have been working within specialist education and residential care, I been part of teams that have built young people's independence and support them to accesses the community while trying new things and taking part in activities.
