| For some years now I have been working for elderly, disabled or incapacitated clients on a regular basis. I have built up more than just a work relationship with my customers. I have built up real friendships based on honesty, integrity and trust. They look forward to seeing me as often their opportunities for social interaction are restricted. Implement and oversee activities centered on promoting learning and imaginative play. Read stories and facilitate discussions to tie books into learning opportunities. Encourage basic crafts such as paintings, drawings and decorations.
