Special Needs Care in Newcastle-under-Lyme

| I worked for my previous company for nearly 10 years in a outstanding children’s home part time and then going into education 4 years ago working on 1:1 with students in art, independent living skills, KS1 maths and English. I am therapeutic in my approach, calm and reliable, not having a day off in all my employment (only during the covid-19 pandemic). I consider myself to be calm, good time keeping, and punctual. When being interviewed by Ofsted they have said ‘if I was a child, I’d love you to look after me, your aura is so calm and warming’

I have also had experience with children with special needs when I worked with Hospital@Home and Donna Louise Children's Hospice. This is where I was able to care for children with complex care needs in their home environment. I provided medical assistance as well as love and care to each child, as each child is an individual who all have individual care needs.

| I have worked in a school setting with additional needs children including autism ...I have also volunteered for Cauldwell childrens trust attending supporting children at different outings I.e cinema..bowling...shopping I love to take my time and listen and encourage to try different activities and give some chatty fun company
