Hi, I’m Lisa and I have 6 years childcare experience behind me and also a Bachelors degree in early learning. I am currently a 1:1 support for an Autistic 6 year old in my role as SEND learning support assistant in a primary school. I have started my Masters in Special educational needs too. I have plenty of experience with children with additional needs/children who have English as an additional language and I am passionate about supporting these children so they are provided with equal opportunities which will allow them to reach their full potential.
