| Hi my names is Mark, I am married with four children, two of which have disabilities (Autism and Downs Syndrome), and as such have a full understanding of the value of appropriate care and support needed for the development and education of children with special needs, which has also taught me the importance of structured teaching to students of all ages and ability levels. I also take a keen interest in researching new developments, therapies and teaching techniques. I have previously worked as a Preschool SENCO/assistant, worked with children diagnosed with autism on ABA teaching programmes both at home and shadowing in school, have supported adults with a variety of disabilities in their homes and in the community, and am currently working as a TA in a special needs school.
