| I currently work full-time for a charity looking after several adults with a range of learning difficulties and needs including Autism, PA, ADHA, thyroid, and weight and mobility issues. my other duties include working with them to plan the days and activities so they get the best out of their support and contacting 3rd parties like doctors, and dentists to arrange and keep track of appointments. cleaning and cooking, Prompting and distributing medication. Dealing with the DWP and appointees. I am currently also a full-time caregiver for my brother who has several learning disabilities and behavior disorders my main duties include: - • Helping him, with day to living, cooking, cleaning, and helping with shopping. • Making sure he keeps an eye on his personal hygiene and bathes daily. • Household finances I am the POA for my brother, I pay his bills, and manage his allowance and savings. • Managing medication, I make sure he takes his medication and organizes it into a dosette box. • planning and taking him on days out. • Dealing with the DWP and other correspondence he has a reading level of a 7-year-old.

| Bridge to Care Housing Limited provides innovative person-centered support for citizens who are living with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), sensory impairments and dementia; who need medical treatment and interventions, but do not need to be in inpatient care; to live as independently as possible within their own homes and in the local community. Bridge to Care Housing Limited recognises that people living with a diagnosis can find it challenging to live alone, to manage day to day tasks and often, experience difficulty in finding and keeping a home. We provide a safe place for people to live with specialist support staff to enable them to develop life skills and independence, as an important part of their recovery; along with access to services that enable those with conditions to live as independently as possible. The support provided is person-centered and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live the life they choose for themselves.

| I am a graduate from the University of Chester with a 2:1 BSc Honours degree in Psychology. During my time studying Psychology at University I have learned a considerable amount in terms of child development, parenting and education. I have relevant experience in working with children in a number of settings, for example, from my working as a tutor and through mentoring. Furthermore, group experience, such as in toddler groups, classrooms, and in an English teaching summer camp. I really enjoy working in both environments; encouraging and motivating young children. I now work as a support worker at a school in Sheffield working with a boy with autism. Alongside this I intern at a church where I am running mental health well being courses and cafes. I would consider myself as caring and passionate about te care of children.

| I am currently doing a degree in educating autism and special needs. My knowledge in the subject allows me to understand the complexities of the issues and tailor my approach accordingly. I am willing to do whatever I can to support the child and their development if that means helping with homework or playing make believe.
