| I am a mature vet student. I have had experience owning a range of animals from a very young age - including dogs, cats, birds, rodents, rabbits, fish and reptiles and sugar gliders. Therefore I am comfortable handling all animals and know their general husbandry needs. I worked as a kennel maid for 3 years before starting my Veterinary Medicine degree. Here I handled all breeds and sizes of dogs and I am confident walking all dogs after introduction. I also have experience as a dog trainer and agility instructor. Therefore, I can aid training and responsible socialising from puppies to adult dogs. I competed with 3 dogs at grade 7 in dog agility, until studies became increasingly important, my family currently own 5 dogs. Being a vet student, I am observant and educated in monitoring animal health as well as providing first aid care should this be required. I have access to veterinary facilities and can provide clear communication between vets and yourself if this was ever needed. I am a reliable, caring and responsible person and I am sure I can care for your pet's needs.
