Currently helping with lambing and lambing research and a BSc Zoo Biology student. I have previously undertaken a FdSc in Marine Conservation. Previous animal experience includes: I also worked at a Guinea Pig Rescue (April – May 2008) Saturdays 9-11am. Here, I was responsible for handling the guinea pigs from their hutch to their run outside, and in the cleaning and maintenance of the hutches. I also worked at a Reef Aquarium in Newquay (March – May 2012) 40 hours work experience. Duties here included water quality tests, workshops with children, tank cleaning and food preparation. From January – May 2013 I worked at an Alpaca Farm. Here I helped clean the stables, feed the alpacas and llamas and walk the ponies. My experience also includes working at a Monkey Sanctuary in March – April 2013. 2 and a half weeks volunteering between 28th March 2013 and 15th April 2013. My duties here included cleaning, food preparation, workshops with children and cafe work. I also have (had) a number of pets myself. I currently have a Golden Labrador, a cat, a rabbit and three tortoises names.
