Pet Care in Holywell

| I’ve always had cats and dogs, when I was old enough I helped training walking etc. I know have my own dog and live with 3 rescue dogs of various sizes, breeds and ages. I have always helped family and friends with their animals and I’m always up for a challenge. I’m very patient and understand consistency is always key.

| I have a Bsc Animal behaviour, welfare and conservation degree and I am very experienced with animals in general, I'm comfortable taking care of animals who can be timid, nervous and unsure. I can adapt to their needs easily and make sure they feel comfortable. I have grown up with dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, parrots, horses etc so i have a good range and experience for all types, breeds and sizes of animals. I have done a fair bit of volunteer work for NCAR and would love to offer my services to the local area.

| I have had many pets myself and also get the responsibility of sitting for two dogs, this requires me to walk them daily, feed them and just take care of their general needs.

| I have 2 qualifications in animal management (city&guild certificates), they are level 3 animal management theory; pass, and level 3 animal management synoptic assignment; merit. I have also brown up around many many animals including dogs, cats, hamsters, sheep, poultry and pigs. I done 6 months volunteering on a local alpaca and horse farm which also had dogs, goats and cats.

| I have wide ranging experience with various animals of varying size: - dogs: had one since small, now have 2 rescues who have gone from destroying everything to being calm and relaxed and a part of the family. - small animals: guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters: owned and hobby bred before with the highest care at all times, looked after their health. Also providing boarding occasionally for them with my other guinea pigs - as well as full grooming. - birds: have a flock of african greys and cockatiels. Love spending time with them and looking after their different needs. - fish and turtles/tortoises: have a tank and also have had/have tortoises and turtles. Can look after them as well.
