Confident kind and enthusiastic dog lover

I have had dogs my entire life and until recently we had a beautiful German Shepherd called Sam. After Sam passed the thought of going through that with another dog was unbearable however I also cannot envision a life completely dog free. We had Sam for almost 10 years and we rescued him from Cheshire Dogs Home. Due to his previous life he was very afraid of any other dogs and so I have experience with troublesome pooches. He was a fear-aggressive dog and very strong but so loving and gentle with people.
We have no children or other pets at our home and your beloved fur baby will be cherished as if they were our own.
