I have owned at least two cats at any one time for all my adult life and am now 51. I now have two mischievous tabbies named Poppy and Tilly. I adore them both and I have no formal veterinary qualifications I passed a course online in caring for cats and dogs. My previous cat, Chloe, was ill for most of her life as it turned out she only had one kidney. She had had three owners who mistreated her before I acquired her. She was full of fleas but I nurtured her back to health. Then the vet discovered the kidney problem because she was drinking a lot and she was given special food and medication for the remainder of her life. She was given 4 years to live by the vet but with tender loving care and a quiet house, she survived until the age of 13.
I have also handled semi-feral cats. I would be more than happy to cat sit any breed, including feeding, grooming, and cleaning out trays, etc., if they are kittens.
