| I have had a variety of pets from a young age, so have extensive experience caring for dogs, cats, small mammals, and birds - I currently care for my own 13 year old Collie Cross Jake along with my 9 year old cat Charlie. I have experience dog and cat sitting for many friends and have always thoroughly enjoyed helping them enjoy their time away from their animals as they are sure they are being well looked after - and have been happy to be asked as I have love getting to know their pets! I'm looking to build on this experience by helping others who need a responsible and reliable friend and carer for their pets - I understand that every animal is an individual and will adapt to meet their personality and care needs, whilst making sure that they are always happy and safe!

| I have always had a cat in my life and have always loved them. I currently have Theo who is 10, and sadly said goodbye to our Bonnie last year at the grand age of 21! I don’t have any references as this is a new venture for me since having my little boy, Oscar, in February 2023! But I would be happy to come and meet you. - everyone has to start somewhere.

| Having been a cat owner for eight years, I was deeply saddened to have to give up my cat when I moved to the opposite side of the country. Luckily, he is in the care of my brother so I still get to see him when I visit. Before him, I owned another cat from a young age. Both of my cats I had taken care of since they were kittens, and both were very nervous cats as they were rescues. Therefore I have sufficient experience with both adult cats and kittens who have been abandoned and maybe a little more nervous than average. I am an avid animal-lover, I absolutely adore cats and have learnt about them in my spare time, from their behavior to their individual personalities. I am also a vegetarian because of my love for animals. It would give me such joy to be able to cat-sit just to be around the animals I so dearly adore once again. I hope to become a cat owner myself at some point very soon once again! So for the time being, it would be my pleasure to take care of yours.
