I am from the Lake District and at my family home have two working cocker spaniels (3yrs and 4yrs) and a cat (unknown age). Our 4 year old spaniel and cat are rescues and the younger pup we have had since a puppy. Since they are working spaniels they need a lot of exercise and stimulation and they get three long walks a day- luckily living in the lake district provides plenty of places to do this. Whilst at university I miss my walking and hugging my dogs and cat terribly and so any chance to interact and look after animals is greatly welcomed.
