Ana was extremely friendly and responsive as we communicated and arranged a date for my apartment’s cleaning. She arrived punctually to the appointment and asked about my preferences as well as recommending the best cleaning products for the future. My apartment has never been this clean and organised, it was thoroughly cleaned and more rapidly then expected, she left everything spotless and paid attention to every detail. We initially took on Lizzy to walk our first dog (an 18-month old Romanian rescue crossbreed), but this quickly progressed to providing puppy home visits for our second dog (a 9-week old German Shepherd/ Malinois cross puppy). Right from the off she was committed, caring and dedicated, even though our schedule was tight and requirements demanding. Lizzy really went the extra mile, helping us to settle both dogs into their new home. Salto (our first dog) developed a very close bond with her and even though Dobar (our puppy) needed care that didn't fit a regimented schedule, Lizzy worked hard to accommodate our needs and even put in extra time at her own expense to make the sessions as smooth as possible. Lizzy's love for the animals in her care is obvious, as is the passion she has for her job."

| I’ve pet-sat and house-sat for friends many times. I've also looked after friends’ cats in my house longer term, animals warm up to me quickly. I’ve given meds to cats lots of times. I've never given an injection to a cat, but I'm happy to if you to show me how. I'm very good at coaxing out nervous cats. I give them space, letting them sniff my hand and chatting to them but letting them come to me in their own time. A friend’s cat hid behind my desk for the first 2 days, but he quickly became a cuddle-monster. I have several friends with dogs, and have spent lots of time with them, including walking them (and picking up poo). I'm happy to give them meds, but would need showing how. I used to own guinea pigs and gave them baths and meds several times. I'm happy to look after other animals, but would want clear instructions to make sure I'm looking after them properly. My cat is a grump, she doesn't start fights but does swipe back. She's on specialised food and grazes through the day, so I'd need your pet to not eat from her bowl if they were unsupervised at my house (or be fine with being in a different room). Or I can come to your, I’m very respectful of other people's homes :)
