Pet Care in Ambleside

| Hi there, I am a student based in Ambleside and a huge animal lover. My schedule is subject to some change but I typically would have availability most Wednesdays and Fridays as well as some weekends. I don’t have access to personal transportation at the moment or space to board pets but I am happy to pet sit for people in their houses and walk dogs rain or shine! :) I have 2 years of experience walking and caring for dogs and cats. I’m familiar with basic training techniques and animal behavior knowledge and have experience with dogs who pull, aren’t good with other animals/people, and take time to warm up. I can run with dogs or go at whatever pace they like. I enjoy getting to know the individual quirks and personalities of all the pets I look after and am deeply committed to their wellbeing and happiness. Looking forward to hearing from you, Paloma

| Young couple living in the Lake District with a huge love for animals, we’re both very active and enjoy being outdoors, even better company with animals. We have our own young spaniel and have owned many dogs in the past.

| I’m a university student in Ambleside and looking to earn some extra money. I’ve cared for dogs, cats and horses my entire life (both my own and others). I’m an animal lover and happy to work around what’s best for you and your pet. I’ve current got three dogs at home (away from uni) one schnauzer, one schnauzer x chihuahua and one boxer x staffy. I also used to own a cob cross and helped school him from the age of 2, however could no longer afford to keep him and give him the time and attention he needed as a full time uni student, so sadly had to sell him. I have ridden horses and cared for them extensively for 14+ years and happy to just groom or muck out.

| I have a City and Guilds Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management (Grade: Distinction*). I am currently studying Animal Conservation Science at the University of Cumbria. I worked at a kennels and cattery for 2 years.

| I have got a little cat living with me. Animals are very good company. I have been taking care of cats and dogs seen I’m born. I would love to look after your little one if you need it.

| I have experience in dog, cat and horse care as well as other farm animals and will be able to competently manage caring for a wide range of animals. I have owned dogs my whole life as well as horses, birds and chickens. I love the outdoors and will happily exercise your dogs or horses. I am a passionate pet carer that will go above and beyond to ensure your animals are not only safe and cared for, but also loved!
