She let me down 20 minutes before she was meant to get to my place. I had to text her to make sure she finds the house well and then she said: "sorry I completely forgot about it and I am at the doctor now". So she never texted me first to inform me she felt unwell or to cancel. I have plan all my week around that day for her to come and now I have to find out what to do. Not professional at all."
