Very polite and pleasant demeanour. Eager to work, very quickly responded to advert offering to do trial shift the very next day. Arrived on time, once orientation carried out she got on with the job. It’s a large house, ideally she could be a little quicker, but that will come with time hopefully. Her work ethic is good, takes direction well but also able to work using her own initiative. Overall standard for first attempt good, but could be better. Worked tirelessly for 4 hours, my previous cleaner much quicker. But I cannot fault her endeavours. Happy for her to return, hopefully polish up a few small niggles. Stella is a quiet and very pleasant worker. Her use of the English language is extremely good."
